Press the button (back of the outsole) with the arrow up or tap it to pop it out. How to pull the wheel back:
1. Press the button (rotary button to make the arrow point up first), then put your foot on the ground to pull it back. 

2. Rotate the button to make the arrow up, then press the wheel at the same time to pull it back up.
